THE HISTORY OF RANDOLPH

Growth & Milestones

How did we become one of the premier commercial contractors in the United States? Through over half a century of growth and innovation. Our projects today span from hotels, office towers, and industrial spaces to multi-family complexes and retail design-builds.

Founded in 1958

The company was originally founded as William A. Randolph, Inc., outside of Chicago in Gurnee, Illinois. The team soon became known for its group of highly-trained engineers.

Early 1990s and On

As infrastructure spending came to a standstill, William A. Randolph, Inc. refocused its attention to commercial building construction. Contributed to a boom of building innovative industrial and retail structures, adding offices in New York and Atlanta.

Today

Wm. A. Randolph, Inc. has concentrated on building Retail Centers, Hotels, Hospitals, Parking Decks, Schools, Office Buildings, Prisons, Restaurants and Assisted Living Facilities. We strive to be the best in everything we do.
